February 2011 - The Goldsmiths Food Not Bombs Society is formed

30th-31st May 2011 - Food Not Bombs participates in This Is Rubbish's Feast tour at the Hay-on-Wye Festival

23rd June 2011 - Food Not Bombs helps out at This Is Rubbish's Feast at Swansea Community Farm

February 4th 2010 - The idea of BLD Food Not Bombs was spawned in reaction to a talk by the movement's co-founder Keith McHenry.

March 8th 2010 - Our first delivery is a fantastic success! We collect from Kelsey's Farm and Swanley Bakery Sidcup branch.

March 22nd 2010 - Ruxley Farm Shop and another branch of Swanley Bakery start to donate too. Our deliveries become so huge that we have too much for one meal, and have to start leaving lots of food for the hostel residents to cook up themselves throughout the week.

March 24th 2010 - We get featured in The Lewisham News Shopper.

May 27th 2010 - We are mentioned on Transpontine.

April 17th - Our first delivery to Broadway Manor Place and the beginning of our twice-weekly deliveries.

June 1st 2010 - We get featured in The Sidcup Chronicle (p30)

June 2010 - We have an article in Community Action Lewisham's newsletter.

August 2010 - We run a workshop at Climate Camp - Break the Bank in Edinburgh.

December 2010 - We do a talk at a Goldsmiths organising against the cuts day.

We feature in all South-East London editions of the News Shopper.

We also have a feature on Tropical Waste, a counter-culture blog.

We feature in a TheSite podcast on eco-issues.
